Postage Prices

Postage and Packing cost varies as this is determined by the weight of your parcel, the value of your goods and which postal service you choose- when you get to the checkout you'll be given a list of all the options available to you.
Postage is charged at cost plus a minimal charge to cover packaging costs.

A single small item such as a blanket, dress or pants can cost as little as £1.45 for Second Class.
As a guide though, most average orders cost between £3.10 and £4.15 for Second Class, or between £3.65 and £4.65 for First Class, depending on the value of your items.*
Obviously the option you choose will affect delivery times as well as price!

Services currently available include First Class, First Class Signed for, Second Class and Second Class Signed for.

*All orders with goods totalling £20 or more have to be sent by Signed for Delivery to be covered by Royal Mail if the parcel is lost during transit, and a compensation claim has to be made.

Delivery Times

I have a good stock of nappies and bedding already made up and ready for posting, and any orders comprising of only these items will be sent out within two days of me receiving your order.

However, as most other items are currently handmade after I receive your order, delivery times for orders including outfits will vary- generally though please allow around a week for your items to reach you. In the event of a longer turnaround time I'll email you to give you an idea of how long you can expect to wait, and I'll send you a dispatch email once your order has been sent out in any case.
At very busy times, such as during school holidays or at Christmas, there may be a longer delay but I'll explain this when you order if applicable.

If you have a particular deadline to meet, eg. a birthday, please email me first with the date and what you'd like to order and I'll let you know if I can get the items to you in time.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any aspect of your order once you have received it, then please email me in the first instance to discuss the problem, and to arrange returns and refunds if required.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to return any item to me, in an unused and re-saleable condition (unless faulty), within 14 days of receiving your order from me, or to cancel your order at any time before I have sent it out to you. Any return costs will be paid by you.

In the extremely unlikely event that you are seriously unhappy with the service I have provided you with, and that you have not been able to resolve your issue by contacting me direct, then under the regulations you have the right to use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
Obviously I hope this will never be the case!
