Following Royal Mail's recent price increases, I'm having to also increase my postage charges to cover the cost of sending your dolly clothes out to you. I'm also taking the chance to implement a new, simpler to understand banding system which fits with Royal Mail's price structure a lot better.
Please bear with me while I get the new charges up and running here on the website- I'll update this page in a day or two, but in the meantime a basic list of prices can be found on my Latest News page.
Please NOTE: All but the cheapest orders will be sent by Royal Mail's small parcel service as this is required for the bulky nature of my doll's clothes, whilst also allowing for the weight and value to be factored in. There are, however one or two exceptions to this whereby the item is not bulky but its value sends it into the next postage price category (in particular- doll's pram sheets, single dresses). Currently I cannot charge postage for these items seperately, so in instances where a single item is purchased which can be sent by Royal Mail's large letter service but which falls under the small parcel price bracket, a refund will be made for any excess postage paid.
I have a good stock of nappies and bedding already made up and ready for posting, and any orders comprising of only these items will be sent out within two days of me receiving your order.
However, as most other items are currently handmade after I receive your order, delivery times for orders including outfits will vary- generally though please allow around a week for your items to reach you. In the event of a longer turnaround time I'll email you to give you an idea of how long you can expect to wait, and I'll send you a dispatch email once your order has been sent out in any case. At very busy times, such as during school holidays or at Christmas, there may be a longer delay but I'll explain this when you order if applicable.
If you have a particular deadline to meet, eg. a birthday, please email me first with the date and what you'd like to order and I'll let you know if I can get the items to you in time.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any aspect of your order once you have received it, then please email me in the first instance to discuss the problem, and to arrange returns and refunds if required.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to return any item to me, in an unused and re-saleable condition (unless faulty), within 14 days of receiving your order from me, or to cancel your order at any time before I have sent it out to you. Any return costs will be paid by you.
In the extremely unlikely event that you are seriously unhappy with the service I have provided you with, and that you have not been able to resolve your issue by contacting me direct, then under the regulations you have the right to use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform. Obviously I hope this will never be the case!
